66.SCHOOL INTERNSHIP (Second phase): REFLECTION 8th WEEK.

 

 Reflection Week-8.

As a part of BEd Curriculum, our last General reflection on second phase of teaching practice had held in Seminar hall in 07/08/2023, Monday under the supervision of Vineeth Sir. The session started at 10am. All the staffs were gathered there.The teacher trainees from 22 schools shared their experiences in the schools.

Firstly Ashtami from Marthoma H S Aarumurikada, came forward and shared her experience in school. She shared that at the beginning, due to so many programmes in schools, there was a lack of periods. She also pointed out the skit that performed in lunar day,it was Prepared them. Next Gayatri from GHSS, Muttara, shared about the experiences and she also pointed out that in their fare well meeting, the teachers in first and second standard gavе thanks to them for managing their class well.
Next Ancy from GHSS, kuzhimathikadu, shared that it was good experience during this phase and also mentioned the support of teachers. She also pointed out the involvement of her in quiz and assembly.Next Jessy from Boys HSS Adoor shared that they can maintain a good terms with their teachers since they were sitting in staff room itself. Next Roji from MTHSS,valakom, shared that the teachers are very supportive and cooperative. She also pointed out that they could played the role of physical training teacher. Next Anjana from MTHSS, Mynagapalli, shared that at the begining there was a missing of periods due to the selection of club and sports. She also pointed out that the teachers were supportive and motivating. 
Next Athira from AEPMHSS, Erumpanagad, shared that she could get so many gifts and love from her students. She also shared that there was a farewell meeting for them. Next Jinu from MGD Boys Kundra, shared that there was a classroom management problem due to conjusted class. she also pointed out the comments made by Vineeth sir during her observation. She also mentioned the support of staff secretary Sindhu teacher. Next sandra from same school shared that during this phase, she faced some difficulties due to irritating Students. Next, Susan from MGD Girls, kundara shared that, she could taught tenth standard due to lack of physics teacher. She also mentioned that the students scored good marks in midterm examination. Next Athira from same school shared that, the students were cooperative and she also could correct the mid tem exam answer paper. Next Selma from MGVHSS,perroor, shared that she would revise the chapters thoroughly due to the extention of date. She also pointed out that she could conducted Achievement test and diagnostic test at proper time. Next Ajeena from same school, shared about the support of mentor teachers and students. Next Veena from MAMHSS chengamanad, shared that the students who got highest marks in Acheivement test and diagnostic test was IED students. She gave notes to students in another periods. She also mentioned their role in checking copy book and quiz Competition.
Next Annie from KNMMVHSS, Pavithreswaram shared that the teachers were so supportive and helpful. She also shared that she could become more confident during this phase. Next Merlin from same school shared that the students were academically backward, so she need to take more effort to manage them Next Jacob from Govt Boys HSS,Kottarakara, shared that he could experience the school environment in different three schools. He could faced classroom management problem in first two weeks. He also mentioned that he could correct the answer paper in mid term examination.Next Sruthi from same school shared that she got a good experience during this week. Next Ardra from EVHSS, Ellamannor shared that she got so many substitution periods. Her students are very disciplined and smart students. She got a good experience in school during  this phase. Next Sneha from same school shared that overall she got a good experience during this phase. Next Ancy from St. Gregorios HSS, Kottarakara, shared that mentor teacher was veryry Supportive and helpful. Next Drishya from same School shared that she could improve her teaching skill and she also mentioned that there were no reinforcement or prize for students who won in the competition.Next Saranya from St. Mary's Adoor, shared about the support of mentor teacher and she also pointed out the substitution periods were got more. Next Sreelekshmi from SKVHSS, Thrikanamangal shared that she could improved time management than the first phase of teaching practise.
Next Unnimaya from Govt HSS Pooyapalli, shared that the peers were cooperative and helpful. She also mentioned about her talkitive students. Next Hannah from GMHSS, Vettikavala, shared that she would involve more Programs in school during this phase. She also mentioned about the support of her mentor teachers. She also pointed out the farewell meeting that conducted by teachers for them. Next Tincy from Marthoma Girls, kottarakara, shared about the mental support of teachers. She also mentioned about the amount that collected by them through a stall based on Nalla padam. She also pointed out that she could improve a lot than the first phase. Next Amalendhu from SNSMHSS, Ellampalloor shared that the students were cooperative and supportive.She also mentioned about the class of her peer Victor, that he could take the class with dedication. The also parted out the difficulties that faced her Peer Bency to maintain the students. At last, Sruthi, from St. Mary's kizhakkekara shared that she could complete the lesson plan at proper time. She also mentioned about the Support of mentor teachers. The session ended at 12p.m.
