   On 16/07/23, Sunday, optional reflection was conducted online. Google meet started by 3.00 p.m. Each one got the opportunity to share their experiences of this week. Most of them share the similar points they had observed vast improvement in teaching, rapport with students, including various teaching strategies. Everybody was susessful in executing diagnostic test and remedial class. Most of them had network issues so had difficulty in joining the meet as well few of them left and was not able to rejoin. The meet ended up by 4.00p.m. and our teacher said those who had network issue and were not able to present will be given chance in the next session to share their opinion.

REFLECTION 5th WEEK. 08/07/23 On 08/07/23, we had the 5th week reflection was conducted under the guidance of Praveena teacher. This week all were able to take classes, most of had observation by our teacher, on 21/06/23 Praveena ma'am came for the second observation for me. Teacher gave me positive comments and gave suggestion to use the black board little bit more. Similarly, others also shared the comments provided by our teacher. Later teacher gave suggestion to improve our teaching and shared points what she observed as few of the student teacher didn't have classroom management, Time management and some of them voice modulation and interaction with students are not so pleasing.
