Program:  Workshop:E-content & Digital text development Resource Person:  Mr.Noushad  Date:  29/03/2022 Time:  9.30 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.   As per B. Ed curriculum, a workshop on digital textbook and e-content were conducted at seminar hall. The workshop was led by Mr.Noushad, professor of Natural science,Kullakada B.Ed training college . Noushad Sir guided us the steps to create an e-content on a particular topic and also how to make a digital textbook in the morning session. After the class, he divided the  students into several groups and ask to create an e -content based on a particular topic from our on optional subject. We had selected the topic Digestive system. As a team we all did the task well. The class was very useful for us.Then we also had to prepare e-content and digital text. Program:  Workshop-Musical integraton Resource Person: Mr.Thottam Bhuvanachandran . Date:  28/03/2022 Time:  9.30 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. The main topics covered and discussed in the workshop are as follows: - 1.How to integrate music with the subject syllabus. 2.Improving the quality of a teacher using effective communication musical strategies. 3.Use appropriate actions, expression, tunes in music inculcate new simple, fun filled way of teaching.   The workshop was interactive, effective and interesting. Sir started with introduction followed by Poems, poetical  books, He was handling it with ease. Sir shared a story of him about Maya teacher who was his best teacher, he explained the wonderful relation between teacher and student, reminded me about my teacher who taught me in lower grade.   Weekend reflection:9 (General) DATE:06/03/23 As part of first phase of teaching practice, it is the last general reflection held at or college on 6/03/23, Monday in the Seminar hall .The session started at 10.00 a.m.It was let by Roy Sir,one member each of the 22 schools shared their experiences during the duration of teaching practice.  Most of them said they felt emotionally attached with the school and never wanted to come back.All shared the common fact that the school internship programme was a great experience, when it began it was too difficult to adjust and now it seemed difficult to leave our students.Everyone had pleasant feeling of the 44 day internship ,I personally felt the journey had added valuable assest in each one's life. It was a light shown upon how to modify ourselves into a best teacher.   Weekend reflection:8 (optional) DATE:25/02/23 On 25/02/23,Saturday optional reflection was conduced in our natural science class. Previous week we had online reflection and few had network issues so they were given chance first and then all of us shared this week experiences.  All had commonly shared about the planning to put achievement test for their respective classes in the school.All were relaxed as topics got over ,revisions stated,next shared about 10th model examination invigilation duty .Generally all felt hard when days are getting over to leave the students as the attahment with students and vice- versa had developed well.Most of them felt difficuly in setting and designing questionn paper ,scoring and marking scheme.Achievement text should be conducted with the whole content ie,2 chapters for total marks 25 and duration of 45 minutes.The session winded up 3.30p.m.

  Weekend reflection:7 (Optional) DATE:18/02/23 On 18/2/23, optional reflection was conducted online. Google meet started by 2.00 p.m. Each one got the opportunity to share their experiences of this week. Most of them share the similar points they had observed vast improvement in teaching,rapport with students,including various teaching strategies .Everybody was sussesful in executing diagnostic test and remedial class. Most of them had network issues so had difficulty in joining the meet as well few of them left and was not able to rejoin.The meet ended up by 3.00p.m. and our teacher said those who had network issue and were not able to present will be given chance in the next session to share their opnion.

  Weekend reflection:6 (Optional) DATE:11/02/23 On 11/02/23,Saturday there was optional reflection held in our natural science class.The total no.of students is 15,as one was absent 14 of us shared our experience of this week. The main points shared were related to experience of conducting diagnostic test ,next about pre modal exam them for most of them general observation and optional teachers visited the class and gave suggestions for improvement.The session winded up by 3.30p.m.

  Weekend reflection:5 (General) DATE:04/02/23 As part of first phase of teaching practice, the third general reflection  held in the seminar hall at our college on 04/02/23, Saturday. The session started at 2.00 p.m. It was led by Reju Sir.One member from each school presented the reflection. Mostly the major issues shared by almost all was about peer observation,few of them shared how they could imbibe few goo stratergies from their peer and implement in teaching.Then few school had annual day programme.Few of them said their difficulty in the lack of free period as they had to teach basics of english,maths and science subjects for the students who needed help.Many had opined students were interested to learn by experiencing AV aids,watching videos and doing activities.All had shared that they had improved their teaching skills a lot from the day one and now they are able to have class control.   Weekend reflection:4 (General) DATE:28/1/23 As a part of 1st phase of teaching practice, second general reflection was had held at seminar hall at 10.45am.It was led by Riju sir. All the other teaching staffs also gathered there. One member each from 17 schools was shared their experience during this week. Most of them shared their difficulty in managing classrooms. After that, Riju sir pointed out some suggestions like maintaining eye contact, dressing style while going to school and also classroom management. Then Sheena miss, Thushara miss and Vineeth sir also gave some instructions. On afternoon, there was a optional reflection in our concerned classroom. We all shared our individual experience during school days. Some of them suggested some strategies that they adopted to manage the distracted students. The session ended at 3.30pm.

  Weekend reflection-3 week Date:21/01/23 On 21/01/23,Saturday there was optional reflection held in natural science classroom. It started at 11.45 a.m. First from MTHS kottarakkara ,Arya and Gopika shared their experience,they difficulty in time management with the completion of topics according to lesson plan.Next Leethu and Jessy from Boys H.S.S,Adoor had difficulty in handling students.Next from G.H,S ,pooyapalli Reshma,Liya both had diffficulty in managing student in the class, they usually got substitution in UP classes it was organized in different floors that was difficult to reach there on time.Next from St.Gregorious School,Kottarakara Annu and Drishya ,they said students were irregular in class, no.of students very less ,there were absence of science teacher so they lack mentor teacher,Next fron St.Mary's.Kottarakara Shilpa and Sruthi shared that they had class management difficulty.Next Shincy and Aranya from M.G.D.H.S,Kundra had a very good mentor teacher and well disc...

  Weekend reflection:2 (General) DATE:14/1/23 General reflection of teaching practice was held at our college on 14/10/23,saturday at seminar hall.The session started at 11.15a.m.,it was led by Roy Sir and Reju Sir.All other teachers also accompanied there.The leaders of  22 schools shared their experiences about their teaching practice. Sreevind was the first one who came to share his experience, He had felt difficulties in classroom management. Next Anjali said she felt happy she was able to manage her class.Then Ancy,Leethu,Rajimol and Noora were of opinion it was hard to manage their classes.Athira said she had given motivational talks to students about their studies.Reeja,Suryachitra and Veena were of opinion they had to face some bad comments from the part of students.Annie said she was not able to manage time appropriately in her classes according to the lesson plan.Shanthi said most of her students didn't know how to read so it was difficult to teach them.Sneha shared ...
